Father:  Former Elder, one of the only people who followed and talked frequently with Eva.  Fell in love with Eva but never gained back anything.  Gentle and kind, having reasons for everything he did, however he was regarded as the "out of his mind" part of the group.

Mother:  N/A

Pinto:  Childhood friend, slightly older and stronger than Raikin and was jealous that he was appointed Elder instead of herself.  Later realized that she didn't want the position and also that she had fallen for Raikin, and still feels some affection towards him despite him not feeling the same way. 

Winton:  Adopted son and successor to the Air Elder.  Currently dating Janine, but seems to be distancing himself greatly from everyone.  Tends to keep things hidden instead of telling anyone. 

Soyokaze:  Girlfriend, Elder Priestess of Air.

Attitude/Personality:  Playful and oblivious, likes to fly and goof off more than train or take care of his Elder duties.  Tends to get in trouble a lot with Shino, and is saved often by Jemilline from Tekaiden.  Gets heavily depressed while he's away from Soyokaze for large amounts of time.  (By large, we mean 3-5 hours.)

Raikin is the Elder of Air, that governs over the air worlds and anyone that is predominantly air elemented. 

 He is currently dating the priestess that was active when he was younger, Soyokaze, and has one adopted son named Winton, who is next in line to be Elder.
